Terms of the Download Only License

1. You will be able to download all or any of the products included to the collection for as long as you remain a valid subscriber. Your license is valid in annual basis.

2. You will also be able to master resell any of the products you want by uploading them on your server, setting up the website/s (most of the products are offered with a ready to use website) and your payment links.

3. You cannot sell the ACCESS to the collection. If you want to also sell the access to the collection you must order a MASTER resale license.

4. Your username and password for accessing the products of this collection are unique and for your own use. Our membership script tracks all IP addresses and if there is an indication that your codes are used by multiple IPs (more than 5) your account will be automatically terminated, and all fees paid will be forfeited.

5. There are no guarantees or claims of income. You sales will depend solely on your own efforts. 

6. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revocation of your license, and all fees paid will be forfeited.

Terms of Master Resale License

 
You'll be offered 2 choices:
A. Either to download the website and resell the access to the BSE through your own servers and payment links.
B. Or to become a , download/upload nothing and still get 95% of all sales.
 

A. If you choose Option 1 (Download the website and resell it through your servers.)

1. You cannot give away any of the licenses of the BEST SELLER EBOOK (BSE) or sell any license via auction sites like eBay(R) or include any license to membership sites. The BSE must remain a stand-alone product, and cannot be packaged with other offers. You may not change the contents in any way.

2. The above restrictions apply to ALL products you can resell: the access to the Download Only Area, the access to the Resale Rights' Area and the access to the Master Resale Rights' Area.

3. Suggested prices: Download Only License $47.95, access to the Resale Rights' Area $87.95,  access to the Master Resale Rights' Area $147.95. To maintain price integrity, we reserve the unilateral right to revoke the license of any licensee who sells the product at a price below the SPs. This will be enforced, for your protection and also for your customers' protection.

4. You can change/edit the sales materials but they may only be used for this product.

5. You will be able to resell the BSE for as long as you remain a customer to the MASTER RESELLER that sold this access to you. Your first license is valid for 365 days. If you do not re-new your subscription you must stop reselling the BSE; the re-newal of your subscription will not affect your existing customers though.

6. Your customers will be able to resell the BSE for as long as they remain your customers. Your customers' first license is valid for 365 days. You are the sole responsible for re-selling the BSE to your customers and for collecting the money from them for their re-newals. You'll be able to direct them to the appropriate forms to this site to access their purchase when you'll have collected the money. 

7. You must honor ALL the requests for refunds by your customers without any second thought and keep the GUARANTEE of the 90 days - at least, for that reason. This is good marketing policy and it's good for both your and my status in this market. For your information, since all orders are proceeded by ClickBank(TM) your customers can ask for a refund and get it no matter if you agree with it or not.

9. There are no guarantees or claims of income. You sales will depend solely on your own efforts. 

10. You must not market the BEE in any immoral, unethical, or illegal manner, including the use of spam, safe-lists or off-topic newsgroup postings.

11. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revocation of your license, and all fees paid will be forfeited.

 

B. If you choose Option 2 (Download nothing and still get 95% of all sales.)

1. You cannot offer rebates for this product, for example a return of your commissions to your customers for ordering through your links.

2. The above restriction applies both to the Download Only License and also to the Master Resale Rights License.

3. You can use your HOMEPAGE affiliate link and direct people to the main page.

4. You can also copy/change/edit the sales materials, upload them on your server and use your ORDER affiliate link for directing your customers to the payment page.

5. You will be able to resell the access to the BSE for as long as you remain a valid subscriber. Your license is valid for 365 days. If you do not re-new your subscription you must stop reselling the BSE; the re-newal of your subscription will not affect your existing customers though.

6. You will be able to track sales and customers' information (names & email addresses) through your affiliate account.

7. If you choose to upload your own website and use your ORDER affiliate link you must include a 30-day guarantee period. All the requests for refunds by your customers will be honored without any second thought and the amount of their order will be deducted by your commissions - you'll also be informed by email if such a case ever occurs.
