Normal mode/ Configure TurboReferer to work any other system that DOES NOT offer "Thank You" pages after the order is done.

Grey color indicates your pages.

This page will show you how to use TurboReferer in conjunction to your ANY MERCHANT ACCOUNT payment system. Your Referrers will send you traffic and they will be rewarded for the SALES their referees will make.

Note: 

This page describes what you have to do if you do NOT deliver the information to your buyer INSTANTLY after his order. 

For example, you could sell a book or ANY other TANGIBLE product and send the information to your buyer through email after you get the order - that means MANUALLY and not automatically.

If the payment gateway you currently use allows you to define a "Thank you" page for your order then use the instructions described here for ClickBank. 

In most of the cases the order for the payment you currently receive would be:

=> Your homepage with the link to your payment page.
=> The buyer orders your product through your payment gateway.
=> You email the buyer with the information he needs for his purchase.

How this order changes with TurboReferer:

=> Your homepage with the link to your payment page.
=> The buyer orders your product through your payment gateway.
=> You email your client and instruct him to visit your "Thank you" page" in order for his Referrer (if any) to get the credit of this sale. 

That's it.

What you have to do:

Insert the javascript code in your homepage

  • Open your homepage, index.html, index.shtml, index.htm, etc.

  • Copy and paste the javascript code between <head></head>


Select the code with your mouse and press CTRL+X

  • Place a link inside your homepage that leads to the TurboReferer Registration page. The link is this:

/cgi-bin/turboreferer/index.cgi?choice=register_win

Create and upload your "Thank You" page in your server

Your "Thank you" page needs only 1 URL, this one:

/cgi-bin/turboreferer/index.cgi?choice=register&mode=credit

Example:


Select the code with your mouse and press CTRL+X

...given that you've installed TurboReferer in your cgi-bin and inside the "turboreferer" folder.

Here is an example code for a plain "Thank you" page you can use.

Inform your BUYER by email when he orders and direct him to TurboReferer

Here is an example of this email you can use for directing your client/buyer to visit your "Thank you" page. 


Select the code with your mouse and press CTRL+X

This way the BUYER will register with TurboReferer and the Referrer's account will be credited. 

Don't forget to configure your messages

  • Login to your Administration Panel

  • Click Configure all messages

  • Insert the information your BUYER needs in the textarea: Message displayed online upon successful registration of Referee (this is your BUYER in normal mode or your SUBSCRIBER in Ezine mode.) 

Don't forget to define your prizes

  • Login to your Administration Panel

  • Click Define the prizes for your Referrers and configure all prizes with the number of referees needed and the information the winner referrer needs for each prize.
